• Membership details including billing information
• Health and training data you share with us to tailor your programme

3. Why we process data

We process your data to provide the services you asked for, manage your membership, communicate with you and improve our club.

4. Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only with processors who help us run the club (e.g. payment providers) under strict agreements.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to processing. Contact privacy@ballinfit.nl.

6. Retention

We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purposes described above, and always within legal limits.
