Terms & Conditions

1. Membership

Memberships start after a signed agreement and payment of the one-time registration fee of €45. Flex can be cancelled monthly; annual plans can be paused under the conditions in your contract.

2. Payments

Monthly plans are billed on the 1st of each month. Annual plans are billed once per year. Late payments may suspend access.

3. Use of the club

Members must follow club rules: sign in each visit, respect equipment and other members, and use a towel. Locker use is at your own risk.

4. Classes

Classes can be booked via the app or reception. No-shows may forfeit the session.

5. Liability

Training involves risk. Members train at their own risk; the club is not liable for injuries unless caused by gross negligence.
